Procedure
Admission are made in the month of June/July every year.
A candidate seeking admission should be registered himself by submitting registration-cum-admission form with following documents.
- High School certificate copy,
- High School Mark sheet copy,
- Copy of Aadhar card,
- Self Photograph (passport size)
- Medical fitness by registered medical practioner.
- student appear in interview with admission committee by face,
- selected candidate must deposit fees on the same day
- fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumustances.
Attendance
- Institute strictly insists upon the regularity and punctuality.
- Minimum 80% attendance is required to appear in final exam as per DGET guideline.
- There is no summer or winter vacation. Each trainee will be allowed 12 casual leave and 15 medical leaves in the year.
- In addition to their leave the trainee will be also be allowed to avail to all holidays declared by Govt.
- The institute runs in shifts. Every trainee will have to reach institute in time. Late comers will be treated as absent.
- All rules enforce by DGET will be applied for trainee at time to time.
Other rule
- The trainee in ITI needs a lot of physical labour, involving 8 hours working in everyday.
- The institute expects a high degree of discipline. It is therefore compulsory to every trainee to maintain perfect discipline.
- If trainee wants to withdraw a name during his training course he may be permitted to do subject to paying full fee for the session.
- The admission will be cancelled at any stage it is found that the facts provided by the candidate are false.
